We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our Fort Worth plant leadership team, focusing on continuous improvement, cost reduction, and performance enhancement.

  • Lead the Plant’s Continuous Improvement Program, aligning it with the Operational Excellence Roadmap.
  • Utilize lean methodologies to identify and implement CI systems for optimizing processes.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Plant Manager and teams to oversee CI projects aimed at reducing operational costs.
  • Manage value stream mapping activities and a pipeline of improvement initiatives.
  • Track CI progress, report on key metrics, and ensure sustainability of projects.
  • Drive results using Lean/Six Sigma Framework and Maintenance Excellence Program.
  • Inspire and influence plant management and supervisors in CI transformation plans.
  • Coach and mentor plant teams using lean six sigma tools and practices.
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical), Operations Research, or Engineering Management.
  • Certification in Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma Black Belt (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or production, with a focus on cost control and efficiency.
  • 2+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to lead and coach cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in LSS and DMAIC methodologies.
  • Proven project management skills with experience in planning and executing CI projects.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and experience with data analysis tools like Power BI and Minitab.
  • PMP certification would be an asset.
