About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Continuous Improvement – Industrial Engineering (FI), you will be a key member of the Manufacturing Excellence – Industrial Engineering team. You will partner with manufacturing sites and subject matter experts to eliminate loss, strengthen processes, and drive cost savings across the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering field.
  • 7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
  • Experience applying Total Productive Maintenance–based continuous improvement.
  • History of successful program development and delivery.
  • Skilled in coaching leaders at all levels on continuous improvement tools.
  • Proven success leading cross‑functional resources in a matrix environment.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders.
  • Solid financial knowledge for developing project justifications.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Unified Problem Solving, and Work Process Improvement.
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, SPC, and Design of Experiments.
  • Plant experience leading continuous improvement across a manufacturing facility.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to reduce cost and enhance efficiency across manufacturing sites.
  • Assess processes, systems, and equipment to identify and eliminate loss.
  • Prepare financial justifications for optimization and capital projects.
  • Engage manufacturing site teams and collaborate across Manufacturing Excellence functions.
  • Coach site leaders in using continuous improvement tools and processes.
  • Lead multiple projects that deliver scalable value.
  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
  • Analyze data to identify and communicate loss‑reduction opportunities.
  • Travel more than 50% to manufacturing plants.
