Summary: Reporting to the Director of Lean and Continuous Improvements, is responsible for leading and executing strategic operational excellence initiatives across the site. This role drives Lean transformation, structured problem-solving, cost reduction, and process standardization efforts to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity performance. The CI Manager partners cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to identify improvement opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and embed a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This position provides leadership for Kaizen events, 5S, value stream optimization, root cause analysis, and change management initiatives aligned with business objectives. The role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on Lean expertise, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels to ensure measurable and sustained results
