Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is currently seeking an Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, directing and coordinating the site’s Continuous Improvement strategy, which includes deployment, training and mentoring of Eaton Lean System, Operations Assessment (OpA) and Continuous Improvement (CIF) integration.
