About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Manager will lead and oversee the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the bank's processes, driving the optimization of workflows and the integration of process improvements across multiple departments. This role is responsible for ensuring that the operational strategies align with business goals, while continually improving the productivity, quality, and risk management practices of the Operations team.
