This role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements and innovation, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of our distribution center. As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you’ll be part of our team located in Jackson TN. You’ll get to: Champion initiatives that incorporate Lean/Sigma tools (e.g., 5S, Six-Sigma, OEE) to reduce waste and optimize operations Identify opportunities by analyzing current processes, conducting gap analyses, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Develop, implement, and maintain a Lean-based program to enhance performance and foster an environment focused on customer value, quality, productivity, and safety. Evaluate and analyze the use of space and facilities, managing automated systems and collecting data for improvement initiatives Implement standard work programs, plan and coordinate Kaizen events.
