About The Position
At our facility in St-Marys you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group as the Continuous Improvement Manager. This role involves providing ongoing guidance, support, and coaching to Line Centric Team (LCT) members and facility's team members, fostering operational efficiency and continuous improvement. You will actively coach and develop direct team members to enhance their skills, foster professional growth, and ensure the achievement of team objectives. Additionally, you will work closely with site management to identify improvement opportunities and support production development, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and enhancing the plant's continuous improvement program, ensuring alignment with Lean Production System principles, leveraging facility's data to prioritize initiatives, and leading cost reduction initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
