For our plant in Haßloch (Palatinate) we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager (m/f/d). The role involves implementing the Ardagh Metal Packaging System (AMPS) model and identifying major opportunities for the plant to enhance operational focus and other potential business excellence initiatives. The Continuous Improvement Manager will promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making, systems thinking, employee empowerment, and the use of various statistical tools. Additionally, the manager will lead efforts to gain control and improve the capability of processes and products, train local employees (e.g., Yellow/Green Belt), and communicate continuous improvement initiatives throughout the plant organization. The role also includes managing the CI project portfolio, reporting progress against objectives and KPIs, serving as a project manager for selected projects, integrating project and process improvement achievements into daily activities, performing data analyses, and developing an effective Statistical Process Control (SPC) system.
