About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Leader in Supply Chain at Electrolux Group is a key leadership role focused on implementing the Electrolux Manufacturing System (EMS) and Electrolux Always Improve (EAI) initiatives. This position is responsible for engaging site leadership teams to define and execute lean strategies, driving cultural transformation, and coaching all levels of the organization in lean manufacturing practices.
