Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
  • 15+ years' experience in Lean management, continuous improvement, or manufacturing.
  • Proven success implementing major Lean systems (e.g., Toyota, Danaher, Honeywell).
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification (Lean Master, Black Belt, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and business process flow.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver breakthrough results and lead change.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategy deployment.
  • Facilitate breakthrough objectives, action plans, and Kaizen initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation and maturity of the Integrated Transformer Management (ITM) System.
  • Champion Lean tools and methods such as 5S, Daily Management, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Drive KPI optimization and process improvement across factories and functions.
  • Lead cost-out and productivity projects to achieve business targets.
  • Train and coach teams to build continuous improvement capability.
  • Foster a coaching culture focused on engagement and accountability.
  • Collaborate with digital, IT, and business process teams to maximize productivity.
