The Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead is a senior role within North America Pricing Operations, responsible for driving strategic process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives across Roofing, Insulation, and Composites. Reporting to the Business Solutions Lead, this role partners closely with Business Analysts and other team members to lead complex projects, mentor team members, and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer experience. The CI Lead serves as a subject matter expert in data analytics, reporting tools, and emerging technologies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of process optimization and digital transformation.
