About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Lead at GSK is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS), Data Verification (DV), and related processes are effectively implemented and maintained within the Medicines R&D and Vaccines R&D divisions. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration, and building partnerships to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. The lead will also leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and ensure that quality and compliance are embedded in all processes, ultimately contributing to the delivery of medicines to patients.
