  • Support the facility's Lean cultural transformation by working on specific assignments and elements of the Lean deployment plan.
  • Help with the logistic process to run the QEK program effectively.
  • Standardize selected processes to document takt time, cycle time, and line balancing calculations as they relate to products' sales forecast and output capacity planning.
  • Deploy and/or sustain lean accountability tools to drive Continuous Improvement within all lean deployed dimensions.
  • Undergraduate with major in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Engineering (Plastics)
  • Solidworks experience desired.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
