Requirements

  • Current enrollment in college, ideally in your last two (2) years of College.
  • Interest in continuous improvement methodologies and project management.
  • Suggested majors: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management.
  • Availability to work full time during summer and transition to part time during fall semester in an in-person internship.

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Sustainability knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and apply continuous improvement in our packaging material converting facility.
  • Support teams to drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with the development of utilization of visual management.
  • Support employee involvement and training in World Class Manufacturing (TPM methodology).
  • Collaborate, motivate and empower people through positive attitude.
  • Stimulate change utilizing change management techniques.
