Existing remote employees are eligible to apply! This role will be accountable for a small team of process consultants on the Process Design Team within Total Leave. As process subject matter experts, this team works closely with IT, Onboarding, Go-To-Market, and Ops business partners, designing and influencing process improvements with a focus on the end-to-end process. The team's accountabilities include developing process workflows that are aligned to the Total Leave catalog, researching and documenting existing processes and workflows, and documenting new redesigned workflows. The team is focused on accurately documenting and designing workflow and processes, raising questions and observations, and making recommendations for improvement while focusing on business capabilities. The individual will be responsible for the achievement of the goals and objectives of assigned projects as well as team leadership.
