About The Position

This internship is for Summer 2026. The Continuous Improvement Engineering Intern at Cornerstone Building Brands is responsible for working alongside Cornerstone employees on projects that will have a direct impact on the business. Reporting directly to the Spokane Plant Manager, this role will interface with the Production and Quality departments.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering at an accredited school.
• Must have completed Sophomore year coursework to be eligible.
• Experience in data interpretation/manipulation via MS Excel, specifically creating Pivot Tables and Pareto Charts.
• Experience with AutoCad, Inventor, or Solid works will be an advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrable interest in industrial processes will be evaluated during the interview process.
• Must have valid US work authorization.
