About The Position

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred or 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Warehousing, or Transportation.
  • 1+ years of industrial engineering experience in a distribution environment is highly valued.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Proficiency in SQL, data pulling, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience with Lean and/or Six Sigma is preferred, along with Change Management techniques.
  • Hands-on, practical problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience with Tier 1 WMSs (Blue Yonder, Korber, HighJump) is a plus.
  • The ability to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends) as needed.
  • The ability to travel up to 10% to other facilities or client locations.

Responsibilities

  • Support the flawless implementation and ongoing execution of the CJL Operating System in both new and existing Logistics Center operations.
  • Engage with customers and internal leadership to solve problems creatively, utilizing a data-driven approach.
  • Analyze current performance, identify strategic opportunities, and establish clear action plans.
  • Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop documented design solutions with the goal of reducing complexity and creating universal standards using Lean techniques.
  • Provide support for CI projects, utilizing data analytics to drive operational excellence.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement efforts, motivate teams, and secure buy-in from all levels to ensure effective and lasting change.
  • Effectively convey insights, project status, risks, and opportunities to cross-functional teams and management.
  • Mentor and coach team members.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: $77,000 - $88,000 per year.
