About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for leading and maintaining a production environment focused on continuous improvement. This role involves implementing various improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to enhance productivity and reduce waste. The engineer will work closely with production leadership to foster a culture of sustainable change and drive process innovation across multiple facilities.
