Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related).
  • Proven experience in process improvement, kaizens, lean methodologies, Six Sigma, manufacturing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas and data to various stakeholders.
  • Leadership and change management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of process improvement software and tools (e.g., Miro - process mapping tools).

Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and analyze existing processes for inefficiencies and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop streamlined and efficient processes.
  • Support in the kaizen and cost savings funnel.
  • Collect and analyze data to track process performance and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress.
  • Identify the root causes of operational issues and work with stakeholders to develop effective solutions.
  • Lead and facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gain buy-in for proposed changes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and manage improvement projects, including setting objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
  • Create and maintain documentation of improved processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with established standards.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of products or services are maintained.
  • Collaborate with various departments and teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
