About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead performance improvement initiatives across the plant and department levels, focusing on enhancing cost, quality, safety, material flow, productivity, and delivery metrics. This role is pivotal in developing the company's Continuous Improvement (CI) culture through targeted training and various improvement programs such as Kaizen events and Small Group activities.
