About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Engineer at CertainTeed Insulation is responsible for leading and managing continuous improvement initiatives within the insulation manufacturing facility. This role aims to enhance productivity, reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure safety through strategic planning and the application of methodologies such as World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. The engineer will collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to foster a culture of operational excellence and achieve key performance indicators.
