About The Position
The Continuous Improvement Engineer at Magna is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes through engineering and continuous improvement techniques. This role focuses on establishing efficient manufacturing cell configurations, leading the standardization of product routings, and ensuring effective material flow within a Lean Manufacturing framework. The engineer will also contribute to facility planning and capacity studies to enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives.
