About The Position

As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a critical role in enhancing FP&A process performance across HPE. You will support enterprise-wide initiatives by conducting assessments, analyzing data, and leveraging market trends and technology advancements. You'll manage a portfolio of improvement initiatives and track outcomes against business cases to ensure measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advanced university degree (e.g., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent is preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of FP&A and/or OPEX processes and operational finance.
  • Proven ability to deconstruct complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives and tracking performance against business cases.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support Enterprise FP&A projects focused on process optimization and automation.
  • Conduct end-to-end assessments of financial planning and analysis processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Break down complex workflows into actionable components for redesign and enhancement.
  • Track and report outcomes of improvement initiatives against defined business cases.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align on goals, share insights, and drive execution.
  • Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies relevant to FP&A and automation.
