About The Position

Continuous Diagnostic and Mitigation Team Lead Key Role: Provide program support for a government client. Maintain responsibility for project management support towards the delivery of next generation cyber capabilities and services to a multitude of federal agency clients under the client program. Work with supporting teams, including architects, engineers, data integration, project cost offices, contracts, procurements, and quality officers to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance. Provide input for executive-level reports delivered to the clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis around cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives. Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Requirements

  • 3+ years directly supporting an agency level CDM program
  • Experience with leading cross‑functional technical teams, including coordinating with federal and contractor stakeholders
  • Knowledge of CDM program phases, tools, and dashboards, including with asset management, vulnerability management, and identity management tools
  • Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders to conduct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CISSP and PMP Certification
  • U.S. citizenship is required

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of experience leading the implementation of the CDM program capabilities
  • Experience with SIEM, endpoint security, and network monitoring technologies
  • Experience developing and maintaining CDM dashboards and reporting that provide relevant, actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Experience authoring and maintaining playbooks, standards, tool usage guides, standards and guidance CDM data requirements, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent application of CDM processes
  • Possession of excellent communication skills for reporting, briefings, and documentation
  • Master’s degree
