About The Position
The COB & CM Lead Analyst will lead and support Citi's Enterprise Resilience program across multiple business lines in North America. This role involves close collaboration with the Cluster and Global Continuity of Business (COB) teams, as well as local business and country management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing COB solutions, ensuring high-quality COB plans, and influencing business operations to maintain resilience during crises.
