About The Position

This is a recruitment for a short-term/temporary position. Provides support for the Continuing Education Program through assisting staff in material preparation, and student support services. May assist the program through marketing outreach to area school districts, community partners and agencies and other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Aide I: At least 3 months of related experience.
• Aide II: At least 6 months of related experience.
• Aide III: At least 9 months of related experience.
• Aide IV: At least 1 year of related experience.
• Aide V: At least 1 year of related experience and 1 year working in an educational program.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of Continuing Education students.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with students and their families, faculty, and staff in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with specific program events under direct supervision.
• Assist with program outreach under direct supervision.
• Help students with the registration/matriculation process.
• Assist with a variety of program outreach and student support services.
