About The Position

The Contingent Workforce Program Manager is responsible for managing the contingent workforce program in the US, Canada, and LATAM, with a focus on leveraging data to drive insights and improve program performance. This role requires a deep understanding of contingent workforce management, including compliance with employment laws, co-employment risks, and overseeing Managed Service Provider (MSP) agreements. This role is vital in managing third-party risks, overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, and ensuring that supplier performance meets our requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant project management work experience
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Experience working effectively with global / virtual teams

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oversight of all transactions involving contingent workers, ensuring compliance with Autodesk standards and local, state, and federal regulations
• Ensure that third-party risks are effectively managed, including data security, supplier obligations, safety, legal, and regulatory risks
• Utilize data analytics to generate actionable insights, drive continuous improvement, and enhance reporting capabilities
• Develop and deliver regular reports on program performance, vendor compliance, and other key metrics to senior leadership
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring that expected service levels are met and that any issues are promptly addressed
• Manage and oversee MSP agreements, including third-party agreements, ensuring they meet organizational needs and compliance standards
• Ensure that the program meets all legal, regulatory, and financial obligations
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including PPL, Legal, Sourcing and business teams, to align program objectives with company-wide goals
