About The Position
We're hiring a Contingent Workforce Manager that will report to our Director, Strategic People Operations, to lead and execute our contingent and seasonal labor strategy. This critical role ensures our external workforce is aligned, efficient, and ready to meet operational demands year-round. You will manage a mix of 1099 contractors, as well as our contingent vendor relationship(s) while partnering closely with People Operations, Finance, and Department leadership.
