Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in workforce management or contingent labor programs.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations regarding contingent workers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with vendor management systems (VMS).
  • Certification in workforce management or human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify contingent labor needs.
  • Optimize the use of contingent labor to meet project demands and budget constraints.
  • Monitor and analyze contingent workforce metrics to improve program efficiency.
