About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Contingent Operations Support Associate during the holiday season. In this role, you will assist with routine operational tasks, support process improvements within established procedures, and provide additional office support during peak periods.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of operations support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or more of the following: Work or consulting experience
• Training
• Military experience
• Education
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine operational support tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Seek opportunities to improve individual work processes within established guidelines.
• Regularly receive direction from a supervisor and escalate questions or issues as needed.
• Interact with client personnel to provide basic information and assistance.
