About The Position

The War Department’s Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) oversees Advana, a secure, scalable, and multi-domain platform for data, analytics, and artificial intelligence. Since its inception in the late 2010s, Advana has evolved from supporting foundational business and financial operations to becoming a central resource for a broad spectrum of departmental functions, including acquisition, decision support, energy, health, readiness, information technology, intelligence, and logistics. Advana is undergoing a significant modernization effort aimed at dramatically expanding its reach, enhancing automation, and adopting cutting-edge software development and security practices. The mission of the CDAO’s Advana program is to empower strategic and operational decision-making across the War Department by making data, analytics, and AI capabilities broadly accessible, intuitive, and actionable. The Program Manager serves as the contractor’s single point of contact and overall manager for the CDAO EA Task Order. The PM is responsible for the total performance of the contract, leading cross-functional teams, interfacing with Government stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of all program objectives.

Requirements

Employee of the prime contractor.
Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
Bachelor’s degree in business or a technical discipline.
Minimum five years of recent experience managing projects of similar size, scope, and complexity.
Current certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP from PMI or equivalent).
Experience engaging multiple stakeholders from industry.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Business Management (MBM), Business Administration (MBA), or a related technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science).
Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies in cloud computing environments, including container management and DoW cybersecurity requirements.

Responsibilities

Serve as the authorized interface with the AAS Defense COR, CDAO TPOC, and other Government representatives.
Oversee all contractor and subcontractor personnel, directing efforts across multiple locations.
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership for the execution of the Task Order.
Develop procedures, plan and direct execution of contractual, technical, engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts.
Monitor and report progress, regularly brief leadership on program status and milestones.
Manage acquisition and employment of project resources, control financial and administrative aspects.
Support program governance, cost tracking, scheduling, and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs).
Ensure compliance with all reporting, documentation, and deliverable requirements.
