The Contents Supervisor assists in the technical activities necessary to restore or repair commercial and residential personal properties damaged by fire, smoke, water, mold, bio-hazard and other factors. Must responds to job sites as directed, and performs all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards. As the Manager in the Contents Department you will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Contents Department. to include overseeing the estimating and execution on all personal property mitigation and contents work involving the removal, cleaning and storage of contents. Will provide direction and coordination of field activities related to the installation teams and any coordinated subcontracts, estimating the loss of the entire project through the use of Xactimate, managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle, and securing any unique materials, and/or equipment required to complete the project. Using Xactimate and/or Simbility software to estimate residential and commercial water, fire, wind and mold contents removal, cleaning and storage projects Responding to property damage emergency calls Negotiating contents services and insurance claims settlements Planning, organizing and managing crews and subcontractors Establishing and maintaining client relationships Attending all appropriate company meeting and company sponsored training sessions Participate in special projects as needed
