As a key member of our contents team, you’ll help customers recover their personal belongings and navigate stressful situations. Your responsibilities may include: Responding to emergency losses such as fire, water, mold, or other events Performing initial damage inspections and outlining the work needed Writing clear and detailed work orders for contents technicians Cleaning, processing, and handling contents and structural items Identifying damaged items and determining appropriate next steps Sorting, gathering, and packing affected contents Communicating proactively with managers and team leaders Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours or weekend emergencies Operating company vehicles, trailers, and equipment If you want a rewarding career where you help people rebuild their lives after unexpected events, this role offers purpose, variety, and growth.
