About The Position

The Content Syndication Specialist at Kimberly-Clark will play a crucial role in supporting the company's strategic business plan focused on Digital Commerce growth. This position is responsible for managing and syndicating product content across various consumer digital touchpoints, ensuring that content is structured logically to meet retailer and vendor requirements. The role requires strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail, as well as experience in content management and data handling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the consumer-packaged goods or retail industry.
  • 2+ years of Digital Commerce and/or data management experience preferred.
  • Previous experience with Salsify and large data sets is required.
  • Very strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced expertise with Excel functions.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
  • Some knowledge of web-based layout/design programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking, problem solving, and the ability to innovate.
  • Exhibits flexibility, open-mindedness, and adaptability to a rapidly changing environment.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and accountability.
  • Personal interest in Digital Commerce and data management.
  • Positive team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Updating, maintaining, and measuring retailer digital shelves by engaging customer sales teams to ensure accurate content publication.
  • Acting as the primary contact for customer sales teams regarding retailer digital shelf content issues.
  • Communicating and ensuring best-in-class content syndication standards are achieved.
  • Managing the creation and validation of new retailer category/product requirements.
  • Supporting large content modification projects such as brand changes and category updates.
  • Investigating and resolving content discrepancies on key retailer digital shelves.
  • Validating and mapping retailer requirements for new and existing channels within the Salsify platform.
  • Managing new product set-up data requests as needed.
  • Performing data and content validation and transformation.
  • Syndicating product content and data to retailer digital shelves on-time and in-full.
  • Conducting data quality checks to ensure correct content loading to syndication systems.
  • Assisting marketing and sales with product assortment and retailer content inquiries.
  • Maintaining consistent tracking of all content published to retailer websites.
  • Reporting on key digital shelf metrics at key retailers.
  • Leading the system for content syndication and navigating key customer portals for product content setup.
