The Content Experiences organization in Global marketing is seeking an experienced Communication, Enablement, and Change Management Specialist to support our multi-year Content Supply Chain (CSC) transformation initiative. This role will be key in developing and executing strategic communication plans, crafting enablement resources, and leading change management to ensure a smooth adoption across SAP.

Requirements

  • Must be experienced with 'Content Supply Chain' (CSC)
  • 5+ years experience in communication, enablement, and change management, ideally within a large-scale transformation
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication strategies and change management plans
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Communication and Change management CSC transformation workstream
  • Creation and ownership of the CSC change strategy and required impact assessments
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategies to support the CSC transformation, including stakeholder communications, enablement curriculum (AEM/Workfront/standards), Community of Practice, and adoption KPIs
  • Ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across the organization on milestones reached against KPIs
  • Develop enablement curriculum and resources to support tools (AEM, Adobe Workfront) as well as associated resources and training materials to support implementation of new tools and processes
  • Host training sessions and workshops to empower and train teams on new processes and associated tools
  • Lead change management processes, identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Collect feedback and incorporate insights into communication and enablement strategies
  • Track and report on progress against change management milestones and objectives
