  • Leverage data to identify, translate, and illustrate critical content and service performance trends that will help to provide actionable business insights to Senior Leadership.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional business partners to ensure analyses build upon the latest insights of internal research groups and financial budgets/goals.
  • Own key workstreams that will inform content understanding and decisions, driving analyzes end-to-end with minimal guidance.
  • Create models and trackers to assess and report on value, performance, and trade-offs.
  • Partner with Core Analytics and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) teams to assist in advanced analytics and to optimize and ensure accuracy of tools, approaches, and reporting.
  • Regularly present analyzes and reports on relevant operating and financial metrics in an easy-to-understand format to Leadership.
  • Understand and keep up with industry trends and work with Team to reflect in strategies.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience: top-tier strategy consulting experience preferred; analytical roles often dealing with ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with domestic and international media markets and landscape, a plus.
  • Strong analytical background with experience operating with large data sets to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Strong experience with Excel, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MBA a plus).
  • Airtable and/or ability to code in programming languages like SQL and Python helpful but not required.
