CapTech’s Customer Experience (CX) team seeks a talented content strategist with strong a background and portfolio in content strategy. This person will have demonstrated ability to work in close collaboration and support of design, UX, and copywriting teams. This could be the right opportunity for you if: You possess content strategy, content marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), digital marketing, web development and content analytics skills. You can create and communicate actionable strategies that lead our client to digital maturity. You have the ability to explain and apply content strategy activities. You understand and can implement the planning of web analytics, tag management, and behavioral analytics platforms. You understand fundamental technical considerations related to delivering dev-ready assets. You are a self-starter, yet able to take feedback from clients and direction from Content Managers and Creative Directors, all while collaborating closely with project teams. You are detail and data driven with the ability to support and deliver work at the highest quality standards on or ahead of deadlines. You have the ability to work productively and effectively in a remote work environment.
