About The Position

itD is seeking a Content Strategist to lead and execute content updates across Meta’s Help Centers, including the Facebook, Instagram, and Business Help Centers. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, clear, and user-friendly documentation for new and existing product features—often supporting brand-new, market-launch initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in digital content strategy, CMS publishing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, public-facing help content that supports seamless product launches and improves user understanding. Location: Fully Remote (West Coast preferred; Central time zone acceptable) We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital content writing and content management experience.
  • Experience executing content strategy for product or feature updates.
  • Hands-on experience using a Content Management System (CMS) to publish content.
  • Working knowledge of HTML for content formatting and publishing.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to produce public-facing content.
  • Proven ability to meet publishing deadlines in fast-paced environments.

  • Experience supporting Help Center or customer support documentation.
  • Experience working within a global technology company or digital-first industry.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish Help Center content in clear, jargon-free language aligned with Meta’s voice and quality standards.
  • Execute content strategy to support new product launches and feature updates, ensuring readiness by go-live dates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (marketing, technical, product, legal) to gather information and secure approvals.
  • Manage content updates within a CMS, including structuring articles and applying basic HTML formatting.
  • Optimize and refine content to improve clarity, user experience, and helpfulness ratings.
  • Meet tight publishing deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and proactively resolve content gaps or ambiguities.
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
