itD is seeking a Content Strategist to lead and execute content updates across Meta’s Help Centers, including the Facebook, Instagram, and Business Help Centers. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, clear, and user-friendly documentation for new and existing product features—often supporting brand-new, market-launch initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in digital content strategy, CMS publishing, and cross-functional collaboration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, public-facing help content that supports seamless product launches and improves user understanding.
