About The Position

Content Strategist, Digital at DADA Goldberg Luxury design and hospitality portfolio DADA Digital, the digital division of DADA Goldberg, is seeking a Content Strategist to join our social media team. This role plays a key part in shaping and executing digital strategies for multiple clients, and ensuring an ambitious, creative and engaging social media presence. The ideal candidate has an excellent eye for aesthetics, a passion for luxury design and hospitality, and deep experience in end-to-end content calendar creation, content capture, creative concept ideation, and creative production. This role will be based in New York City with a flexible/hybrid schedule and will support clients in luxury design, real estate, architecture, and hospitality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 4+ years of agency experience managing social media for multiple clients simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X), trends, and performance metrics
  • Proven experience with end-to-end content calendar creation and ownership across multiple accounts
  • Hands-on experience with content capture and creative production
  • An excellent eye for aesthetics and luxury brand visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in social media management and optimization tools such as Canva, Asana
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with clients in design, hospitality, architecture, and/or real estate
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and partnership strategies
  • A genuine passion for design, interiors, hospitality, and visual culture
  • Video editing experience
  • Experience prepping creative briefs

Responsibilities

  • Build and own detailed monthly content calendars for multiple clients, anchored in client priorities, campaign objectives, PR messaging, and platform trends
  • Lead end-to-end content calendar creation from creative concept through publishing
  • Develop creative concepts and ideate social media content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
  • Write compelling, on-brand copy for posts, Stories, and Reels across all platforms
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategy
  • Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships aligned with campaign goals and brand needs
  • Oversee content production workflows and delivery tracking via Asana
  • iPhone content capture on-site with clients, including photo and video, for use across client social channels
  • Support the internal creative team, clients, and freelancers with creative production, including pre-production and on set support for professional photo and video shoots
  • Apply strong judgment on visual storytelling, grid composition, and brand voice across platforms
  • Contribute to maintaining a high creative bar across assigned accounts, ensuring content aligns with DADA's visual and editorial standards
  • Ensure content is consistently optimized for engagement and platform best practices
  • Serve as the primary client contact for day-to-day strategy and execution
  • Prepare and lead bi-weekly client meetings, including reviewing and/or creating agendas, recaps, and actionable next steps
  • Facilitate client approvals on creative content through email, Slack, or calls, ensuring deadlines are met
