Requirements
- Two to four years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with SEO and website content optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress is required.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content performance metrics.
- Ability to track, measure, and interpret digital campaign results.
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or other automation platforms to support content research, drafting, editing, or optimization.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Self driven, accountable, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
- Creative thinking with an ability to generate ideas that support brand growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content strategy that supports brand visibility, engagement, and qualified lead growth for a company engaging in regional expansion.
- Write and optimize website content using SEO best practices.
- Produce social media content including posts, captions, short form stories, and basic graphics.
- Support internal and external communications to ensure message alignment across all teams.
- Build branded materials, presentations, and visual assets that support marketing, training, events, sales, and community initiatives.
- Manage and update digital profiles including Google Business, website, and social channels.
- Support WordPress updates and ongoing site content maintenance.
- Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms.
- Track performance for social, web, and digital campaigns.
- Provide reports with actionable recommendations that improve engagement, conversions, with a strong understanding of tracking and improving ROI.
- Identify trends, understand our different regions and communities, and adjust strategy based on provable data.
- Produce visual content using Canva and other tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts that reflect the Cantey brand and support key initiatives
