As a Content Specialist, you'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and own the words, voice, and editorial strategy behind how Giftogram shows up in the market. This is a role for someone who thinks in systems. They can zoom out to map a full content strategy and zoom in to edit a sentence until it's exactly right. You'll be the keeper of Giftogram's brand voice, the engine behind our blog and long-form content, and the person who makes sure every asset, from a sales one-pager to a G2 review callout, sounds like Giftogram. You'll manage a mix of ongoing freelance writers and source new ones as project needs evolve, and you'll work closely with the Sales Enablement Specialist, Demand Gen Manager, and subject matter experts across the business to produce content that's accurate, on-brand, and built to perform.
