Under the direction of the Vice President of Strategy and Information, the Content Specialist executes assigned work related to Maiker Housing Partners’ strategic messaging. This role supports defined internal messaging initiatives; develops written content highlighting staff and member experiences; and coordinates content deliverables for external campaigns in partnership with Maiker’s third-party public relations firm. Working within established messaging frameworks, priorities, and guidelines, the Content Specialist curates, writes, and edits copy for internal and external audiences using a relationship-based, community-centered approach. This role supports the organization’s strategic vision by ensuring staff and member voices are accurately represented and by contributing to clear, consistent communication about Maiker’s progress and impact in the community. The Content Specialist tracks and reviews content performance and engagement metrics and provides input to inform ongoing refinement and improvement of content efforts.
