About The Position

Infor is looking for a Digital Content Strategist that will contribute to the creation of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our brand presence across digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create, manage, and optimize content that engages our target audience and drives measurable results.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Content Strategist or similar role in a technology or software company.
• Experience working with B2B content marketing principles and best practices.
• Prior experience in SEO and content optimization techniques.
• Prior experience with data analytics to derive insights.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs) and project management tools (ClickUp).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a content strategy that supports Infor's business goals and marketing initiatives.
• Write, edit, and collaborate with product experts, designers, and other content creators to produce high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Conduct competitive analysis and content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Conduct market research to identify content trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using key metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
• Maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Ensure content adheres to guidelines and best practices for content creation, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and branding across all channels.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with business objectives and customer needs.
