About The Position

TruBridge Encoder is looking for Content Quality Analysts to help ensure the accuracy and integrity of healthcare medical coding and regulatory content delivered through our encoder solution. This role focuses on validating curated content derived from regulatory agencies, professional associations, and references like the CPT manuals, ICD 10 guidelines and medical coding references. before it is released to customers. While the position sits reports within the Quality Assurance organization, the work centers on healthcare content accuracy rather than software functionality. Requirements

  • Experience in medical coding, healthcare information management, or related healthcare content roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory and industry source material such as CMS guidance, AMA publications, and specialty group documentation.
  • At least one relevant professional certification, such as CCS, RHIA, RHIT, CPC, CRC, or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and consistency.
  • Comfort working in collaborative, cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
  • Comfort working in processes, including documentation, repeatable validation of results, and escalation procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with healthcare technology, revenue cycle or encoder products.
  • Professional and Facility medical coding auditing experience is a plus.
  • Exposure to quality assurance or content validation processes beyond traditional HIM roles.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
  • Experience working with Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with test execution, even if hands-on automation experience is limited.
  • Experience collaborating across functional departments.

Responsibilities

  • Validate curated content against authoritative source documentation, including but not limited to CMS, AMA, specialty societies, and AHA guideline and medical dictionaries.
  • Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or gaps in curated content prior to release.
  • Partner with content and QA team members to resolve questions when guidance is unclear.
  • Develop and execute structured test cases to validate results.
  • Document validation results, findings, and decisions using Jira and Confluence.
  • Support investigation and resolution of content issues identified after release.
  • Contribute to improving content quality standards and validation practices over time.
