About The Position
About the Role We’re looking for someone to grow our content production team, to help our marketing team create, edit, and share content that brings Darwin and Wayve to life. You’ll work closely with the founding team to produce posts, videos, and stories that highlight our product, community, and vision. This role is hands-on — from drafting copy to editing clips to brainstorming campaigns — and perfect for someone who loves making content and wants to learn how a top-tier startup builds its brand.
Requirements
- Strong instincts for what works on social (especially X and TikTok)
- Comfortable editing short-form video (CapCut, FCP, or similar)
- Clear writing skills and attention to detail
- Creative, proactive, and opinionated about internet culture
Nice To Haves
- interest in AI, storytelling, or digital media
Responsibilities
- Create and edit content across platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Discord)
- Help shape Darwin’s brand voice through product teasers, creator spotlights, and community moments
- Capture and edit short-form video to showcase demos and UGC on Wayve
- Support the marketing team with campaign execution, scheduling, and analytics
- Stay on top of internet culture and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
