About The Position

The Content Production Specialist at Steelcase is responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and executing brand communications content across various digital platforms. This role involves managing requests from different departments, ensuring the correct execution of content, and maintaining organization of assets for production. The specialist will also support the team in keeping project management tools updated and will play a key role in digital promotional strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
• Experience working with digital content.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Workfront, and/or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional information needed to publish content on digital external platforms including .com and social media.
• Prepare materials to share work-in-progress with broader stakeholder groups.
• Manage requests from Marketing, ESG, and other departments for stories and content needs.
• Coordinate and organize assets for production on all platforms, including tracking down visual assets and obtaining legal publishing rights.
• Help keep Workfront/Smartsheet up to date.
