About The Position

Gesture is seeking a creative and technically skilled Content Production Intern to work directly with our CEO to capture, edit, and produce media for our growing founder-led storytelling initiatives. You’ll help bring the Gesture story to life through video podcasts, behind-the-scenes moments, and thought leadership content designed for modern social platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and audio mixing.
• Strong storytelling instincts and attention to visual detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Record, edit, and produce high-quality video and audio content for social channels and podcasts.
• Manage studio setup (lighting, camera, audio) for on-site shoots.
• Cut short-form clips (30–90 seconds) optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with the CEO and social team to maintain a weekly content pipeline.
• Assist in coordinating and producing podcast guest interviews.
