As part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing Team, you will join a dynamic group of individuals dedicated to attracting and engaging top talent for The Walt Disney Company, a leader in crafting magical experiences for people of all ages. This internship offers a unique opportunity to bring the Disney employment story to life, showcasing what a career with Disney truly entails. You will be part of a collaborative and innovative team, reporting directly to the Manager of Digital Content & Communication. The internship is scheduled to run from January 2025 to June 2025, providing you with a platform to write your own Disney story while contributing to the company's mission. In this role, you will leverage your passion for storytelling and digital media to create compelling content that resonates with a diverse audience. Your responsibilities will include supporting Content Producers throughout the content creation process, from initial concept development to final delivery. You will collaborate with internal partners, agencies, and vendors to develop multimedia content that supports various recruitment campaigns. This will involve establishing detailed project timelines and production schedules, ensuring that all content collection initiatives are prioritized effectively. You will also partner with Designers to conceptualize and storyboard content, directing video and photo shoots, and managing all aspects of production, including pre-production planning, lighting, audio, and photography. Your technical skills will be put to use as you record and edit video content, selecting the appropriate formats for final output, capturing and importing media, and organizing raw footage. Additionally, you will assist in maintaining the video/photo library, ensuring that all assets are well-organized and accessible. Collaboration with various teams across the organization will be essential as you contribute to the ongoing development and curation of content that aligns with the company's overarching message and editorial direction.
