About The Position

The Content Producer will be responsible for shooting, producing, and editing digital marketing content projects for All in Sports & Entertainment (AISE) properties, particularly focusing on the Dallas Wings of the WNBA. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms, along with a creative mindset to engage audiences through storytelling via video and photography.

Requirements

• Intermediate ability with video equipment, camera settings, and formats.
• Intermediate in videography and photography.
• Intermediate technical and editing skills including strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere and After Effects).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong background in a collaborative, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays surrounding live events and games.
• Knowledge of sports, particularly WNBA.
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in digital media production including videography and editing.
• Motion Design experience preferred.
• Portfolio required.

Responsibilities

• Create entertaining and informative content with dynamic visual storytelling through videography, photography, and editing.
• Prepare, produce, and direct live and pre-recorded content for Wings digital and assist with production of social media content.
• Create digital content for various internal teams including Marketing, Community, Sponsorship, Ticket Sales, and Dallas Wings Community Foundation.
• Champion the logging of video footage and photography on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with content & creative teams on campaigns and projects to drive revenue and social media engagement.
• Lead assignment of gameday/game night video and editing duties.
• Teach editing techniques and skills to other content team members.
• Assist in live-streamed coverage and events.
• Stay updated on video & production trends and equipment to innovate content strategy.
• Travel for away games and other tent-pole events.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Prepare and produce all team content for game days.
