  • Proficiency with project management and production tools (e.g., Asana, Figma, Airtable, Frame.io, Google Workspace), and familiarity with podcast/audio tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of coordination between creative, experiential, strategy, account, and client teams.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, creative vision, platform best practices, and audience expectations.
  • Anticipate production risks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects moving forward.
  • Maintain clear documentation including production plans, episode calendars, budgets, timelines, and post-production deliverables.
  • Support post-mortems and learning reviews to continuously improve production processes and podcast performance.
  • Manage production budgets, track costs, and ensure financial accountability throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Serve as the lead producer for an episodic podcast, managing pre-production, recording, post-production, and distribution on an ongoing basis.
  • Partner with creative leadership to shape podcast formats, episode planning, production schedules, and creative standards.
  • Manage podcast production workflows including run of show development, guest coordination, recording logistics, editing timelines, approvals, and publishing.
